Spring And Fall Home Diagnosis
This safety check-up is recommended bi-annually for all homeowners. We look at all mechanicals, electrical, Hvac, structural, plumbing, interior and exterior just like we would performing a pre-sales inspection. This can save you costly repair expenses by alerting you prior to disaster. We cover top to bottom and certify all major components. We recommend this inspection be done early spring before you put the Central AC unit into use and early fall before you start up the furnace.

Our Simple Process For Buyer And Seller Inspections
Most professionals typically equate a Home Inspection with a Buyer and not a seller. At Safetynet we encourage the seller to get a pre-sales inspection as well. This can increase the sales price and avoid the pitfalls and hassles of negotiating, and last minute repairs after the contract is signed. These 4 steps work for both the Buyer and the Seller.
1. Schedule Your Inspection
Schedule your inspection and be sure to accompany the inspector so that you can get first hand information and ask questions on site.
2. We Perform The Inspection
Try to schedule a day when both realtors and the seller are available. This can be difficult but it will help you get instant answers from all parties when you are the potential buyer.
