I had to chose a Home Inspection to look over my home before buying it, and Mr. Archie Tolar was the guy. This business is AWESOME!  He was VERY professional, timely, informative, and compassionate -  and to make things superb - he advised me about the repairs that were needed. He let me know what things "Should" look like - and what things "Should Not" look like. He was very thorough, and he provides a printable report so that you can have specific repairs done. It was a very thorough checklist with photos included! He was worth every dime as my Home Inspector! In fact - now that I am a homeowner, I am keeping him as an inspector to come out to look over anything before having type of contractors to do any work on my home. Mr Tolar performed a home inspection on a condo that I'm purchasing. His work ethic is awesome.  He started on the outside of the building front to back. When we entered the condo he stated at the front door,he took his time and explained in detail what needed to be done as we went through the Condo. I will never use anyone else. He is very informative always taking the time to insure the client understands the process and answers all questions. His expertise supercedes most in his field. Safetynet Home Inspections performed two home inspections for me. Both times I received exceptional service. The inspector was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and lacking knowledge about the inspection process. The inspector allowed me to accompany him throughout the inspection, and provided detailed explanations about anything he found. The inspector was friendly, provided helpful suggestions, and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to family and friends.
